hindgut comfort, loose droppings, windy or uncomfortable horse, sensitive digestion, feed or routine changes

About this program

The hindgut is the horse's fermentation engine — enormous, hard-working and sensitive to every change of feed, forage or routine. When it is unsettled, you see it quickly: loose droppings, wind, a tight or grumpy belly.

Consider this program when:

  • droppings loosen after a new batch of hay or fresh grass
  • the horse is windy, tight or uncomfortable behind the girth
  • digestion reacts to every change of feed or routine
  • supporting the gut through a planned feed transition

Comfort for the sensitive hindgut while it finds its balance again. Colic signs are always a veterinary emergency — call the vet, never run a program instead.
