DFT STaR (Deep Digital Flexor Tendon)

The deep digital flexor is the tendon that runs deepest and furthest — down the whole leg, around the back of the fetlock, into the foot itself. Injuries are serious, slow and worth every week of patience the rehabilitation asks for.

Consider this program when:

• a DDFT injury has been diagnosed and mapped by the vet
• the rehabilitation plan has passed the acute phase
• the long middle months of controlled work need support
• an old DDFT injury needs care through a working season

Regular use through the veterinary rehab plan — the tendon's timeline sets the pace, not the calendar.
