About this program
Legs fill when the horse stands still — the lymph system has no pump of its own and relies on movement. A night in the stable or a long journey is often all it takes for both front legs to come up filled.
Consider this program when:
- both front legs are filled after a night in
- after long travel
- during box rest, when movement is missing
- legs improve with walking but fill again at rest
One treatment covers both front limbs; the hind limbs have their own page. A single hot, painful or suddenly swollen leg is a case for the vet, not a program.
