- Duration
- 20 min
When to reach for it
scars, adhesions after wounds or surgery, tight or pulling scar lines
About this program
A scar is repair in a hurry: strong, but stiff, and often stuck to the layers beneath. On a moving animal that matters — a girth-line scar or a big stifle scar can pull on every stride.
Consider this program when:
- a scar sits where movement pulls on it
- adhesions bind an old wound or surgical site
- scar tissue stays thick, tight or sensitive
- improving an old scar's suppleness as part of body work
One scar per treatment, on the intact skin around the healed line. Fresh, open or healing skin still belongs to the Wound program.
